The Magnet Is Always On: MRI Safety is a 10-minute narrated safety module for everyone who works in a new MRI suite: front desk, nurses, technologists and physicians, anyone who walks patients toward a magnet that never turns off. It covers the three ways metal causes harm, the four MRI safety zones, where metal hides on patients and inside them, and a screening routine for every patient, every time. To this end, the module is built around doing rather than reading: click-to-reveal harm cards, a zone map and tabbed hidden-metal categories that each explain themselves in a short narrated clip, an interactive body map where learners tap each implant to learn the risk and what to ask, with every item checking off in green as they go, a three-decision screening conversation with a patient, and a Zone IV hazard sweep where learners find five hazards before the next patient walks in.
